Shipping policy


The following options are available at checkout;

- Regular Domestic Shipping in Australia (Signature & Tracking)

- Express Shipping in Australia (Signature & Tracking) 

- Regular International Shipping (outside of Australia, Tracking & Signature) 

- Express International Shipping (outside of Australia, Tracking & Signature)

Free Standard Shipping in Australia for orders over AUD$150

Free Shipping offers are automatic at checkout, no discount code required.

All orders with standard shipping will be despatched within 1-3 business days. For express deliveries, orders are despatched within 24hours of the order being received.

Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

If you have ordered a Pre-Order item, you will receive your tracking information when your pre-order is on its way to you.  Please see more information about pre-orders here;

You will receive an email with your shipping information, including tracking details and carrier once your order has been processed for shipping. You can keep an eye on your shipment through this link.

Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. We suggest always advising your phone number for tracking updates and contact. 


Shipments are coming from Queensland, Australia. Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Bonita Swim Active is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Bonita Swim Active cannot guarantee a delivery date/times. 


Domestic: (Australia) You have the option at checkout to choose Authority to Leave or Signature Required with your delivery.  Bonita is not responsible for missing parcels should you opt for Authority to Leave. Any changes to your delivery, redirections, redeliveries are between you and the carrier. 

International: (Outside of Australia) All of our parcels require signature at drop off, the carrier may give you the option to authorise 'authority to leave'. If you change the delivery to 'authority to leave' we are not liable for your parcels delivery/safety. Any changes to your delivery, redirections, redeliveries are between you and the carrier. 


If you have not received your package and you want to investigate the whereabouts, you can do this via your tracking link from the carrier (the link is also in the shipping confirmation email from us) and submit an enquiry online direct with the carrier. Please note, we have the exact same access as you to delivery updates, we do not get any additional updates on delivery. 

If your parcel shows 'delivered' but you do not have your parcel, please report a missing parcel enquiry online to the carrier direct, via your tracking link from the carrier (the link is also in the shipping confirmation email from us) and submit an enquiry online.  The carrier will respond to you directly.  

Bonita Swim Active is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

Bonita Swim Active is not liable for your package once it has left our warehouse and handed over to the shipping authorities. 

If there have been significant delays and you still have not received your parcel, please reach out to Customer Service:

For International orders (outside of Australia) please call your countries local postal service and quote the tracking number emailed to you for updates as they are handling your parcel.


Please note local taxes and duties may be charged on arrival for international orders (outside of Australia).

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
