We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit and can assist with an exchange for domestic Australia orders only. International Orders (outside of Australia) we accept returns for store credit.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
Merchandise must have tags still attached
Swimwear must have hygiene stickers in place
Any products marked ‘SALE' cannot be returned
If your return does not adhere to the requirements it will be sent back to you
All credits will be sent in the form of a gift card that can be applied to any future purchase. There is no expiry. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your credit or email confirmation of your exchange order.
We suggest tracking when returning your parcel.

Your return is paid by you. If you choose to exchange your items, we will post the exchange back to you, postage paid by Bonita (australia only). International returns will receive a store credit.
